The Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, established in 1972, is the oldest of the 15 community health centers in the state and the largest employer on the Waiʻanae coast. WCCHC employs 700+ staff that work throughout its main center in Waiʻanae, satellite clinics in Nānākuli, Waiʻanae, Kapolei, Waipahu and Ewa, a school-based dental clinic and six school-based primary care clinics in Waiʻanae and Nānākuli, and other business and program sites throughout the Waiʻanae Coast/West Oʻahu. The Health Center’s mission just begins to tell our story: "The Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center is a healing center that provides accessible and affordable medical and traditional healing services with aloha. The Health Center is a learning center that offers health career training to ensure a better future for our community.
