Dr. Todd G. Owsley is a unique, highly trained Oral, Maxillofacial, and Cosmetic surgeon practicing in Greensboro, NC, since 1995. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, he graduated with Distinction from the University of Missouri School of Dentistry and then with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery Internship and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He served as Chief Resident during his final year at UNC. After completing his residency in Chapel Hill, he completed a one-year fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery at The Institute of Facial Surgery, accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Owsley is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He served as Chairman of the Clinical Interest Group for Facial Cosmetic Surgery for the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has participated as a board examiner and was selected to the Board of Trustees for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He remains involved in teaching surgical residents as an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has had numerous articles and book chapters published. He has lectured and taught extensively, nationally and internationally, over a wide range of subjects in Maxillofacial and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Owsley maintains full hospital privileges at the Cone Health System in Greensboro, NC. It is Dr. Owsley’s desire to provide unparalleled care in a state-of-the-art environment.
