For over 70 years, the staff at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center have worked to provide the local area with excellent health care services. Based in Jasper, Indiana, Deaconess Memorial has grown to include more than 30 specialties with approximately 250 physicians and advanced practice providers in 33 health care offices in seven counties. Deaconess Memorial employs more than 1,600 people and provides medical care for approximately 6,000 inpatients, 250,000 outpatients, and 26,000 emergency department visits annually. Nearly 700 babies are born at Deaconess Memorial each year. Deaconess Memorial offers a comprehensive range of medical services in a 114-bed facility. The hospital, located on 15 acres between 9th Street and 13th Street in Jasper, has nearly 500,000 square feet under roof including a five-story medical facility, the seven-level Little Company of Mary Tower, a medical arts building, and several other office buildings.
